For our 1-5 days express delivery - UK orders, these orders are shipped once production is complete and can arrive with in 1-2 days if the stock is available at the Luxe HQ. Orders shipped directly from the manufacturer can take up to 5 working days to arrive. If you need your order urgently we recommend our Priority shipment services.
Please note that the delivery times are based on working days for orders placed before 2.30pm.
Delivery times are quoted in good faith, we cannot accept liability for any expences or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries. The team work hard to ensure that the majority of the orders are shipped on the same day that the order is placed. Some orders may need one day processing time. Bespoke orders need one to three weeks processing time. On the rare occasion that delivery is delayed due to our courier services we will not be able to send out any replacement goods until the original parcel has been confirmed as lost in transit. This can take up to 20 working days.
We recommend not to book any appointments until your hair order has arrived with you.
